Hello,

I’m Saul Garza, a consultant, born and raised in Laredo. I studied Business and International Relations at The University of Texas at Austin and Economics at Sciences Po in Paris. After nine years in New York working with fast-moving companies, I shifted my focus back to Laredo because I believe the best way to bring a positive social impact to a city like Laredo is to help its local business owners run, which in turn builds a stronger local economy.

Before starting One7th Consulting, I worked on operations, strategy, and internal systems at companies like Peloton and Codi helping teams improve how they planned, executed, and scaled. That work shaped how I approach consulting today — focusing on clarity, structure, and decision-making rather than surface-level fixes.

Now, I work with business owners to stabilize operations, design better systems, and support growth without adding unnecessary complexity. My role is to help leaders regain control of how their business runs so they can focus on what actually matters.
