Hello,

I’m Saul Garza, a consultant, born and raised in Laredo. I studied Business and International Relations at The University of Texas at Austin and Economics at Sciences Po in Paris. After eight years in New York working with fast-moving companies, I came back home because I believe the best way to bring a positive social impact to a city like Laredo is to help its local business owners run, which in turn builds a stronger local economy.

Before starting One7th Consulting, I built and refined business operations with teams at Peloton and Codi. That experience taught me sound judgment, straight talk and respect for time. It also showed me how systems can transform not just businesses, but the people who run them. Today, I bring that same discipline to business owners — combining big-city experience with a local focus, so leaders can scale with confidence and regain control of their time.

My work is simple and personal: sit with you, see how you really run your business, cut the friction, track the few numbers that matter, and teach you and your team so it stays.
